摘　　要：该研究设计了一种新型的小氧气钢瓶推车,通过特有的底座、挂钩及万向轮等装置,其不仅可有效避免氧疗患者转运过程中可能发生的钢瓶碰撞、跌落等不良事件的发生,减轻医护人员的工作强度,还利于精准地提供氧流量,避免发生各种并发症,保障患者的用氧安全。该小氧气钢瓶推车具有安全、便捷、适用范围广等优点,已在医院取得了良好的应用效果,值得在临床推广。A new type of small oxygen cylinder trolley was designed in this study.Possessing specific appliances such as pedestal,hook and mecanum wheels,this device showed superior performances in reducing adverse events(cylinder collide or fall down)which may occur in transport patients requiring oxygen therapy,reducing medical staff's work intensity,precisely providing oxygen flow and avoiding various complications,so it can ensure the safety for using oxygen.This small oxygen cylinder trolley has advantages such as safety,convenience and wide range of application.It has been used in the hospital and the application effects demonstrated well,so it worth popularize in clinical practice.
