男性不育症从“毒”论治初探

摘　　要：男性不育症病因复杂,临床上将其特点归结为多样性、复杂性、不明性等。祖国医学对不育症认识较早,在病机病性上以虚为重点,在治疗上以补肾填精为大法的趋势。从古至今,在治疗男性不育症上多用一些补肾之品,但是随着生活方式和工作环境的改变,“毒邪”致病呈现重要的地位,同时,受孕率下降和胎停概率升高都与“毒邪”有着密不可分的关系。因此,在“毒邪”肆虐的时代大背景下,在补肾生精治法的同时,考虑从毒论治将为男性不育症提供一种新的思路和方向。The etiology of male infertility is complex,and its characteristics are clinically attributed to diversity,complexity and ambiguity.TCM has an early understanding of infertility,which focuses on deficiency in pathogenesis and treatment with tonifying kidney and filling essence as the main method.Since ancient times,in the treatment of male infertility,some kidney tonifying products are used,but with the change of life style and working environment,"toxic evil"has played an important role in causing diseases.At the same time,the pregnancy rate of both men and women has decreased and the rate of fetal arrest has increased,both are closely related to"toxic evil".Therefore,in the era of rampant"toxic evil",in addition to the treatment method of tonifying kidney and producing sperm,the treatment based on poison will provide a new way of thinking and direction for male infertility.
