摘　　要：目的探究女性尖锐湿疣患者皮损中B细胞淋巴瘤-2(Bcl-2)、生存素(Survivin)表达水平及与预后相关性。方法选取2018年3月至2019年12月西北妇女儿童医院诊治的108例女性尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。获取其皮损组织为观察组,另选取同期西北妇女儿童医院皮肤科收治的102例健康女性的外阴正常组织为对照组。检测两组Bcl-2、Survivin蛋白表达情况及Bcl-2、Survivin mRNA表达水平;采用Pearson法分析Bcl-2与Survivin mRNA表达相关性;分析复发组和无复发组Bcl-2、Survivin表达差异;用Logistic回归模型分析患者治疗后复发的影响因素。结果观察组Bcl-2、Survivin蛋白高表达率及mRNA表达水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Bcl-2与Survivin mRNA表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05);复发组Bcl-2、Survivin蛋白高表达率及mRNA表达水平高于未复发组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV分型、T淋巴细胞亚群组成及Bcl-2、Survivin表达是女性尖锐湿疣复发的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论女性尖锐湿疣Bcl-2、Survivin呈高表达,两者相互作用,对治疗后复发有一定影响。Objective To investigate the expression levels of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)and Survivin in the lesions of female patients with condyloma acuminatum and their correlation with prognosis.Methods From March 2018 to December 2019,108 women with condyloma acuminatum admitted in the Northwest Women's and Children's Hospital were selected as the observation group,102 healthy women treated in the Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The protein expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin and mRNA expression of Bcl-2 and Survivin were detected.The correlation of Survivin mRNA expression with Bcl-2 was analyzed by Pearson method.The differences of bcl-2 and Survivin expression between recurrence group and non-recurrence group were analyzed.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients'recurrence after treatment.Results The high expression rate and mRNA expression level of Bcl-2 and Survivin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of Bcl-2 and Survivin in observation group were positively correlated(P<0.05).The high expression rate and mRNA expression level of Bcl-2 and Survivin in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group(P<0.05).HPV type,T lymphocyte subsets composition and Bcl-2 and Survivin expression were independent factors affecting recurrence of female condyloma acuminatum(P<0.05).Conclusions Bcl-2 and Survivin are highly expressed in female condyloma acuminatum,and the interaction between them has a certain influence on the recurrence after treatment.
