摘　　要：结核病仍是当今死亡率较高的疾病之一,仅次于艾滋病,是损害人类健康的十大疾病之一。由于结核病的潜伏期较长,大多数患者早期症状不明显,容易被忽视,从而错过治疗的最佳时机。近年来,超声弹性成像、介入超声、超声造影、超微血流成像等超声新技术以其简便、无创、无辐射、高效等优势广泛应用于临床,加上超声对浅表淋巴结疾病的检出率较高,因此,相比其他影像学检查而言,超声可作为本病早期诊断的首选检查。为更好地了解这些超声新技术在颈部淋巴结结核中的临床应用价值,本文对超声新技术在颈部淋巴结结核中的应用价值进行综述。Tuberculosis is still one of the most deadly diseases today,second only to AIDS,and one of the top 10 diseases that damage people's health.Because of the long incubation period of tuberculosis,most patients with early symptoms are not obvious,easy to be ignored,so as to miss the best time for treatment.In recent years,ultrasound elastography,interventional ultrasound,ultrasonic contrast,super micro-vascular imaging and other new ultrasound technologies have been widely used in clinical practice due to their advantages of simplicity,noninvasive and high efficiency.In addition,ultrasound has a high detection rate of superficial lymph node diseases.Therefore,compared with other imaging examinations,ultrasound can be used as the first choice for the early diagnosis of this disease.In order to better understand the clinical application value of these new ultrasound techniques in cervical lymph node tuberculosis,this article reviews the application value of new ultrasound technique in cervical lymph node tuberculosis.
