法定数字货币视角下的人民币国际化研究

摘　　要：全球步入数字经济新时代,数字货币已对传统货币的概念、理论与运行带来前所未有的挑战,其发展形成了不可逆转的大趋势。当前,我国法定数字货币研发处于领先水平,而将该成果应用于支付清算及跨境流通中形成我国的独特优势,对于增强国外使用者对人民币的忠诚度,推动人民币国际化进程具有重大现实意义。因此,本文通过介绍全球央行数字货币发展情况及我国法定数字货币发展特点,分析人民币国际化进程面临的机遇并提出在新形势下推动人民币国际化进程的策略研究。The world has entered a new era of digital economy,and digital currency has brought unprecedented challenges to the concept,theory and operation of traditional currency,and its development has formed an irreversible trend.At present,the research and development of legal digital currency in China is at the leading level,and the application of this achievement in payment,clearing and cross-border circulation forms China's unique advantages,which is of great practical signifi cance to enhance foreign users'loyalty to RMB and promote the process of RMB internationalization.Therefore,this paper introduces the development of global central bank digital currency and the development characteristics of China's legal digital currency,analyzes the opportunities faced by the process of RMB internationalization,and puts forward the strategy research of promoting the process of RMB internationalization under the new situation.
