摘　　要：智能芯片是人工智能的物理基础,是人工智能技术可持续发展的强大推动力。本文从多个角度对智能芯片进行了分类,分析了目前智能芯片的体系架构,包括传统计算架构以及类脑计算架构,阐述了智能芯片在医疗康复领域的应用,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。Smart chip is the physical basis of artificial intelligence(AI)and a powerful driving force for the sustainable development of AI technology.This paper classifies smart chips from multiple perspectives,analyzes the current architecture,including traditional computing architecture and brain like computing architecture,expounds the application in medical,and prospects the future development trend.
