摘　　要：从基础竞争态势、高被引专利特性、专利原创性与普遍性及综合竞争角度建立专利竞争态势分析模型,从多个维度综合分析东北亚主要竞争体在心血管系统疾病药物领域的优势与劣势,发现中国专利数量较多,是技术活跃者,但专利质量与日韩差距较大;日本、韩国是潜在技术竞争者,专利质量较高;俄罗斯在该领域技术相对落后;A61P-009/08(血管舒张药)、A61P-009/12(抗高血压药)是各国重点布局的技术领域。根据当前问题提出了重视提升专利质量、加强与技术强国的联系、找到技术创新的突破口等建议。A model for analyzing the competition situation of patents was established in aspects of the basic competition situation,highly-cited patent characteristics,original patent creativity,generality and comprehensive competition in order to assess the technical competition of drugs for cardiovascular system diseases in Northeast Asiancountries.Comprehensive analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of competitors in drug patents showedthat the number of Chinese patents was relatively larger and the Peoples Republic of China was an important technical source country for technical activators and academic level of her patents was lower than that in Japan andSouth Korea,Japan and South Korea were the potential technical competitors and the academic level of their patentswas relatively high while the technology was relatively backward in Russia.The ADIP-009/08(vascular dilators)and DIP-009/12(antihypertensive drugs)were the key technical field in Northeast Asian countries.Suggestions were proposed for the solution of problems at present,namely attaching importance to improving the academic level of patents,strengthening contact with the technical powerful countries,and finding out the breakthrough of technical innovation.
