摘  要:针对普通钢筋混凝土板和碳纤维布加固混凝土板(CFRP)进行爆破试验,比较了不同TNT炸药当量下CFRP加固板的破坏机理和动态响应。实验采用嵌入式压电智能骨料监测混凝土板的内部损伤状况,利用小波包能量分析理论计算损伤指数,并通过加速度和应变片监测混凝土板在爆炸荷载作用下的动态响应。实验结果表明:在药量较小(10 g、20 g、40 g)时,经过CFRP加固的混凝土板在相同爆破荷载作用下损伤指数相比于普通板分别降低了29.05%、27.44%、15.85%,表明粘贴于结构背部的CFRP材料分摊了拉伸波所携带的部分能量,延缓了混凝土的开裂,提高了混凝土的抗爆性能;但当药量较大(80g、160 g)时,CFRP加固板损伤指数相比于普通板降低了仅为8.69%、0.35%,CFRP材料对提高混凝土板抗爆性能不明显。Blasting tests were carried out for ordinary reinforced concrete slabs and carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)concrete slabs,and different TNT explosive equivalents were used to compare the failure mechanism and dynamic response of the CFRP reinforced slabs.In the experiments,embedded piezoelectric intelligent aggregates were used to monitor the internal damage of the concrete slabs.The theory of wavelet packet energy analysis was used to calculate the damage index,and the acceleration and strain gauges were used to monitor the dynamic response of the concrete slabs under explosive loads.The experimental results show that when the amount of charge is 10 g,20 g,and 40 g,the damage index of the CFRP reinforced concrete slab under the same blasting load is reduced by 29.05%,27.44%,and 15.85%,respectively,compared to ordinary concrete slabs.The CFRP material pasted on the back of the structure shares part of the energy carried by the tensile wave,which delays the cracking of the concrete,and improves the anti-blast performance of the concrete.However,when the amount of charge is as large as 80 g and 160 g,the damage index of CFRP reinforced slabs is only 8.69%and 0.35%lower than that of ordinary slabs.In this case,the CFRP materials does not improve the blast resistance of concrete slabs obviously.
