摘  要:学术身份重构是新时代高校教师职业发展的内在要求,是我国高校实现内涵式发展的必由之路,也是高等教育应对全球化浪潮的必然选择。聘任制改革背景下,为高校教师提供良好的学术发展氛围是高校教师学术身份重构的重要渠道。现阶段,由于岗位设置不合理、聘任制度不成熟、考核制度不科学、保障制度不完善等聘任制发展不成熟的表现,影响高校教师学术工作环境的和谐发展,降低了高校教师学术发展的积极性。为了充分发挥高校教师作为学术权威的主体地位,高校应从按需设置聘任岗位、健全人才流动机制、规范学术考核制度、完善聘任保障机制等方面积极改革聘任制度,为高校教师学术身份重构奠定良好基础。Academic identity reconstruction is the inherent requirement of the career development of colleges and universities in the new era.It is the only way to achieve connotation development,and the inevitable choice for higher education institutions to deal with globalization.In the context of the reform of the employment system,the management should provide a good academic development atmosphere for teachers in colleges and universities.At this stage,due to the unreasonable job setting,the employment system is immature,the assessment system is not scientific,and the protection system is not perfect,affecting the harmonious development of the academic working environment of college teachers and reducing the enthusiasm of college teachers'academic development.In order to give full play to the main status of college teachers as academic authority,colleges and universities should actively reform the hiring system that functions by the need of the position,improve the talent flow mechanism,standardize the academic assessment system,and improve the employment security mechanism,etc.,so as to lay an excellent foundation for college teachers'academic identity.
