加筋混凝土支护桩合理最大桩间距分析

摘  要:目前关于基坑支护最大桩间距的研究都是基于桩间土拱效应,不同计算方法之间的结果差异较大。在利用支护桩斜截面受剪承载力计算其最大水平承载力的基础上,根据极限状态下单根支护桩的最大水平承载力恰好等于桩间距范围内所夹土体的总主动土压力,以圆形支护桩为研究对象,推导出了基于支护桩斜截面受剪承载力的最大桩间距计算公式,结合工程实例验证了其合理性和安全性。结果表明:当支护桩的截面尺寸确定后,最大桩间距与桩间距范围内所夹土体的总主动土压力成反比,总主动土压力越小,桩间距越大,反之亦成立。在工程实例基础上研究了混凝土抗拉强度、箍筋抗拉强度、箍筋半径、箍筋间距及支护桩桩径对最大桩间距的影响,得出支护桩桩径影响最大,箍筋半径次之,箍筋抗拉强度和混凝土抗拉强度影响最小,箍筋间距与最大桩间距成反比例关系。At present,researches on the maximum pile spacing of foundation pit support are all based on soil arching effect between piles,and the results of different calculation methods are quite different.Support in using oblique section shear bearing capacity,on the basis of calculating the maximum horizontal bearing capacity,according to the limit state order root support maximum horizontal bearing capacity of pile soil pile spacing equals the range between the total active soil pressure,with circular retaining piles as the research object,is deduced based on the support of oblique section shear bearing capacity of pile spacing calculation formula,combined with engineering instance verified the rationality and safety.The results show that the maximum pile spacing is inversely proportional to the total active earth pressure of the soil within the range of pile spacing,and the smaller the total active earth pressure is,the larger the pile spacing is,and vice versa.Based on engineering examples,the concrete tensile strength,tensile strength,stirrup radius,stirrup spacing and supporting pile diameter on the influence of pile spacing,the largest maximum,the influence on the pile diameter stirrup radius times,stirrup tensile strength and tensile strength of concrete minimal impact,stirrup spacing pile spacing and their maximum inversely proportional relationship was analyzed.
