摘 要:对山东某金矿掘进巷道进行优势节理组分析及光面爆破方案优化设计,利用ShapeMetrix 3D进行围岩节理扫描分析并结合分形理论对围岩稳定性进行分级,采用螺旋掏槽和10段起爆网络进行爆破作业,并通过现场试验验证方案优化设计效果,遵循体积法则对优化参数进行分析,并借助萨道夫斯基公式估算爆破振动对地表建筑物的影响。结果表明,优化方案的炮孔利用率从85%提高到90%以上,单次循环进尺提高0.1 m,炸药实际单耗从2.69 kg/m3减至2.39 kg/m3,巷道成形良好,基本无超欠挖现象,爆破振动速度1.90 cm/s,符合安全规程和现场施工情况。该设计可为类似矿山巷道爆破设计提供参考依据。An analysis of superior joint group for roadway excavation in a gold mine in Shandong Province and the optimization of a smooth blasting scheme design were presented.The surrounding rock was scanned and analyzed with ShapeMetrix 3 D for its joints,and then ranked in terms of its stability based on the fractal theory.The spiral cutting and 10-segment initiation network were used in the blasting operation,and the scheme design was optimized based on the verification results of field tests.The optimized parameters were analyzed according to the volume rule,and the influence of blasting vibration on surface buildings was estimated with the help of Sadaovsk formula.The results show that the blast hole utilization rate of the optimized scheme has been increased from 85%to more than 90%;for an increase of 0.1 m in the footage per cycle,the actual consumption of explosives has been reduced from 2.69 kg/m3 to 2.39 kg/m3;the formed roadway is in a good state almost without over-excavation and under-excavation;the blasting vibration is at a speed of 1.90 cm/s,which complies with safety regulations and on-site construction conditions.This design provides a reference basis in the blast design for the similar mine tunnels.
