摘  要:对船载工况下安装在采矿船甲板上的旋流器进行了多维运动仿真研究。结果表明,旋流器沿甲板长度和宽度方向最大偏移量与旋流器平面安装位置及垂直安装位置均相关;旋流器垂直甲板方向最大偏移量只与旋流器平面安装位置相关。沿甲板长度和宽度方向上,安装在两端的旋流器偏移量最大,安装在中间的旋流器偏移量最小;沿甲板垂直高度方向上,安装高度越高,旋流器偏移量越大。The simulation studies were performed for the multi-dimensional motion of a hydrocyclone installed on the deck of a mining vessel.It is shown that the maximum offset of the hydrocyclone along the longitudinal direction and transverse direction of the deck is related to its installation position on the transverse and the longitudinal axis,and the maximum offset of the hydrocyclone along the direction vertical to the deck is only related to its installation position on the transverse axis.It is shown that in the transverse and longitudinal direction,the hydrocyclone has the largest offset when it is installed on the two ends,and has the smallest offset when it is installed in the middle.In the vertical direction,it has the larger offset when the hydrocyclone is installed on the higher position.
