摘 要:针对新田岭钨矿-60+10 mm粒级钨矿石,采用X射线分选技术预选抛废,研究了X射线预选产品矿石性质,并对预抛精矿产品进行了现场工艺条件下适应性试验研究,结果表明,预选抛废可提高浮选粗精矿品位。对选厂破碎系统工艺和产能进行了考查,在X射线预选针对中碎-60+10 mm粒级产品(产率78%)的作业抛废率达30%条件下,通过提高破碎作业处理量至1305 t/d、中碎系统运转率由原来的29.36%提高至38.33%,可满足磨浮能力1000 t/d要求。X-ray sorting technology was introduced for gauge discarding in the processing of tungsten ore from Xintianling Mine.Thereafter,the ore properties of the sorted products were studied and an adaptability processing test was conducted for the pre-concentrated portion under on-site operation conditions.The results show that pre-concentration to discard the gauge can upgrade the roughing concentrate of flotation.Based on the evaluation of the crushing regime and concentrator capacity,it is found that when the discarding rate for-60+10 mm range product from medium crushing(yield 78%)attains 30%via X-ray sorting,the processing capacity of grinding-flotation flowsheet can meet the requirement of 1000 t/d by promoting the crushing capacity to 1305 t/d and increasing the operation rate of the medium crushing system from 29.36%to 38.33%.
