摘  要:对某萤石浮选尾矿进行了综合回收铷锡的选矿试验研究。采用"反浮选抛尾、铷锡重选分离、弱磁选除铁、浮选收铷"流程,最终获得了铷精矿Rb2O品位0.44%、Rb2O回收率49.74%,锡精矿Sn品位5.48%、Sn回收率20.36%,铁精矿TFe品位66.58%、TFe回收率1.37%的试验指标。Beneficiation tests were conducted with fluorite flotation tailings to comprehensively reclaim rubidium and tin resources therein.A flowsheet,consisting sequentially of tailing discarding by reverse flotation,gravity concentration for separating rubidium and tin,deferrization by low intensity magnetic separation and flotation for recovering rubidium,was adopted,and a rubidium concentrate with Rb2O grade and recovery of 0.44%and 49.74%,a tin concentrate with Sn grade and recovery of 5.48%and 20.36%,and an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 66.58%and 1.37%,respectively,were finally obtained.
