摘　　要：随着城市建设进程的加速,许多大型公共建设匆忙上马,因建设前期预判研究不够而导致的经济、功能、运营等问题不断产生。建筑策划是国际通行的建筑设计的重要前置环节,它保证着建设的社会价值、环境价值和经济价值的最优配置。文章通过绿色生态建造、功能复合兼容、资源共享利用等角度,探讨研究前期策划的必要性及在公共建设价值评估中的重要地位。Since the acceleration of urbanization,many big-scale public buildings are finished in the short term.The issues of economic,function,and operation can be found anywhere because of a lack of research before the project begins.Architectural Programming which is an important and commonly used prerequisite in architecture design assures the optimal configuration of social value,ecological value and economic value.The article expounds on the necessity of architectural programming by introduce ecological build,functional compatibility and resource share and utility,then explain how importance of Architecture Programming in value assessment.
