摘  要:某连体高层办公楼高度约53 m,办公楼南北塔楼顶部以两个钢结构刚性连廊连接,形成连体结构体系,连廊跨度26.5 m,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构。结构存在楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件中断、承载力突变、穿层柱等多项不规则,属于特别不规则超限高层建筑。该建筑按照抗震三水准原则确定相应的设防目标,采用性能化设计方法,针对钢结构连接体、穿层柱等关键部位采取有效加强措施。分析结果表明,设计采取的加强措施充分有效,使结构达到了安全可靠的性能目标。The connected high-rise office building is about 53 meters heigh,the top of the north and South towers are connected by two steel rigid corridors to form a connected structure,the span of corridor is 26.5m,and it is a reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure.There are multiple irregular structure items in the project including discontinuous floor slab、sudden change in size、component interruption、sudden change in shear capacity and skip-layer column,therefore it is a special irregular out-of-code high-raise building.The corresponding fortification goal is decided on the principle of three levels of earthquake resistance,and the performance on the basis of seismic design method is adopted,effective strengthening measures are take for the key parts of the structure such as steel structure connector and skip-layer column.The analysis results show that the strengthening measures taken in the design are effective enough to make the structure reach the expected performance goal of safety and reliability.
