摘  要:山地建筑的地下室设计,容易产生三侧围土、一向开口的非全埋地下室,当与上部多塔楼连接时,易形成复杂结构体系。为解决这一困境,传统方法常在开口侧设支挡边坡结构以满足全埋地下室的受力要求,但却极大损害建筑使用功能要求。NY项目中,采用在地下室开口侧设置闭合刚体的形式,替代支挡边坡结构,经过计算分析并采取相应的构造措施后,所设计的闭合刚体具有足够刚度和承载力,能满足顶板作为嵌固部位所需提供的侧向约束要求,实现了兼顾建筑使用和结构受力的双赢,具有良好的综合经济效益,值得其它类似工程借鉴应用。In the design of the basement of slope building,it is easy to produce the semi basement with three sides soil and one opening,and it is easy to form a complex structural system when connected with the upper multi-tower building.In order to solve this complex problem,the traditional method often sets up the retaining slope structure on the side of the opening,but it greatly damages the functional requirements of the building.In the structural design of the NY project,the closed rigid structure form is used to replace the retaining slope structure at the basement opening side.After calculation and analysis,and taking suitable construction measure,the closed rigid body has enough rigidity and supporting capacity,can satisfy the semi basement roof as embedded part,and realize the win-win of architecture and structure.The method has a good comprehensive economic benefit,and is worthy to be used for reference in other similar projects.
