摘　　要：聚春园会展酒店以“茉莉花”为概念设计意向,在整体布局上,体现茉莉花的花瓣以及叶片的造型。为了避免复杂建筑造型引起结构超限,设计过程中采取合理的结构措施,大大缩短了设计工期,降低了土建造价;裙房1层大厅至2层设置的钢螺旋楼梯为复杂空间结构,为避免设计错误,施工过程中采用堆载方式,对螺旋楼梯挠度进行验证,并改进了连接方式。JuChunYuan Exhibition Hotel takes"Jasmine"as the conceptual design intention,and reflects the shape of jasmine petals and leaves in the overall layout.In order to avoid structural overrun caused by complex architectural modeling,reasonable structural measures are adopted in the design process,which greatly shortens the design period and reduces the civil construction cost;The steel spiral staircase from the podium first floor hall to the second floor is a complex spatial structure.In order to avoid design errors,the deflection of the spiral staircase was verified by stacking load method in the construction process,and the connection method was improved.
