摘 要:目的通过分析宁夏部分地区5~14岁儿童肺通气功能值,建立儿童肺通气功能正常值范围及预计值方程式。方法随机抽取宁夏251名5~14岁健康儿童(男135例,女116例),以1岁为单位分为10个年龄组,采用德国耶格公司MasterScreen肺功能仪进行肺通气功能检测,主要有用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1.0)、呼气峰值流量(PEF)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)等主要指标。采用SPSS 21.0软件,对以上参数测量值进行t检验及多元线性分析,确定儿童肺通气功能正常值范围及正常预计值方程。结果确定了251例5~14岁儿童肺通气功能主要参数FVC、FEV 1.0、PEF、MMEF的正常值范围,以上各参数值随年龄增长明显增加(P<0.05);FVC、FEV 1.0、PEF在13岁年龄组中性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMEF在同年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FVC、FEV 1.0、PEF、MMEF与身高、年龄、体质量呈正相关性,其中与身高相关性最密切,依据上述相关性,建立了各项肺功能参数的多元回归方程。结论确定了5~14岁儿童肺通气功能主要参数正常值范围,并建立了主要参数预计值方程,为此地区儿童肺通气功能的判读及后续数据的完善和更新提供依据。Objective To establish the normal range and predictive equations of pulmonary ventilation function for children of 5 to 14 year old in some areas of NingXia.Methods 251 healthy children(135 males and 116 females)were randomly selected and divided into 10 age groups.The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1.0),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and maximum mid expiratory flow rate(MMEF)were measured by MasterScreen pulmonary function instrument.Using SPSS 21.0 software,t-test and multivariate linear analysis were analyzed the above parameters.Results The reference value of FVC,FEV 1.0,PEF and MMEF in 251 children aged 5-14 years in some areas of Ningxia were determined.Each parameter value increased significantly with age(P<0.05).There were gender differences in FVC,FEV 1.0 and PEF in the 13-year-old group(P<0.05),and there was no gender difference in MMEF in the same age group(P>0.05).FVC,FEV 1.0,PEF and MMEF were positively correlated with height,age,body mass,among which they were most closely related to height.According to the above correlations,the multiple regression equations of various pulmonary function parameters were established.Conclusion The normal range of main parameters of pulmonary ventilation function of 251 children aged 5~14 years in some areas of Ningxia was determined,and the predicted equations of main parameters were established,which provided the basis for the interpretation of pulmonary ventilation function of children in this area and updating of subsequent data.
