江苏省全日制体育教学专业硕士研究生培养模式的调查研究——以江苏省六高校为例

摘　　要：以职业能力为契合点,针对六所高校体育教学专业硕士的培养模式现状,结合用人单位和培养单位对体育教学专业硕士职业能力的需求情况,提出以职业能力为导向的培养模式优化建议。运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,发掘江苏省六所高校体育教学专业硕士培养模式各环节中存在的优势以供各校参考借鉴,同时探索现行培养模式中有待优化的节点并提出优化策略。培养单位应加强结构性改革,切实提高研究生培养质量,培养目标制定紧密切合市场需求、遵循教育实际;提高课程职业应用程度、提升课程内容质量;加强教师队伍建设,落实双导师制度;实践基地要达到专业标准,保障专业实践的规范性;构建完善的考核评价体系。用人单位应积极配合高校培养工作,将高校毕业生的就业信息及时向高校反馈。旨在提升体育教学专业硕士培养质量,加强体育教学专业硕士职业能力,同时为体育教学专业硕士培养工作的不断完善提供更具建设意义的指导意见。Literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics are used in this paper to explore the advantages of each part in the cultivating mode of full-time postgraduates majoring in Physical Education in six universities of Jiangsu Province,and to optimize each link in the current mode with some improving strategies focusing on professional competence according to the present situation and the demand of employers.It puts forward that universities should strengthen structural reform to effectively improve the quality of postgraduate training and should formulate training objectives to closely meet market demand by improving the professional application of courses in content and quality.They should also strengthen the construction of teacher teams and implement the double tutor system to ensure the standardization of professional practice.Meanwhile,employers should actively cooperate with the training work of universities by giving timely feedback of the employment information.The purpose of this paper is to improve the cultivating quality and professional competence of the postgraduates'education,and to provide more constructive guidance for the further development.
