基于钱学森大成智慧思想的国防科技情报工作模式初探

摘　　要：[目的/意义]基于钱学森大成智慧思想,为当前智能时代中“技术决定论”祛魅,为我国国防科技情报事业发展贡献思路。[方法/过程]以钱学森科技情报思想为基础及主脉,基于对当前智能时代国防科技情报工作所面临问题的剖析,概述并分析钱学森大成智慧思想对情报工作的应用意义,进而结合国防科技情报事业特色,梳理其工作中对机器智能及人脑智慧的应用。[结果/结论]提出了适应当前智能时代大背景的智能与智慧相融合的国防科技情报工作模式。[Purpose/significance]Disenchant the“technological determinism”in the current artificial intelligence environment and contribute ideas to the development of DSTI.[Method/process]Based on Qian Xuesen’s STI thought and the problems DSTI Service faced in the current artificial intelligence environment,this article summarized the significance of Metasynthetic Wisdom thought to information service,and analyzed the application of machine intelligence and human wisdom in DSTI.[Result/conclusion]Innovatively constructed DSTI Working Mode under the current artificial intelligence environment which fully integrated the machine intelligence and human wisdom.
