摘　　要：产业与贸易实现协调发展,是我国破除经济发展新常态和避免陷入中等收入陷阱的重要驱动,但逆全球化可能会成为重要钳制。从国际格局转变、经济问题政治化、技术革命和数字化经济发展、欧美移(难)民问题突出等方面解析了逆全球化的成因,指出逆全球化将导致国际贸易规则重塑、贸易保护主义抬头、发展中国家高端贸易受阻、全球供应链相对断裂、产业发展环境恶化、产业转型升级受阻,并从国际经贸规则重塑、全球价值链重构、高新技术发展等影响路径视角考察了逆全球化对产业和贸易协调发展的影响,最后从优化贸易结构、吸纳优质外资、鼓励技术创新、加快平台整合等方面提出了促使我国实现协调发展的应对举措。the coordinated development of industry and trade is an important driving force for China to break the new normal of economic development and avoid falling into the middle-income trap,but anti-globalization may become an significant constraint.This paper analyzes the causes of anti-globalization from aspects of the development and transformation of the international pattern,the politicization of economic issues,the technological revolution and the development of digital economy,and the prominent problem of migration(refugee)in Europe and America.It points out that it will lead to the reshaping of international trade rules,the rise of trade protectionism,the obstruction of high-end trade in developing countries,the relative rupture of global supply chain,the deterioration of industrial development environment,and the obstruction of industrial transformation and upgrading.It examines the impact of anti-globalization on the coordinated development of industry and trade from the perspective of international economic and trade rules remodeling,global value chain rebuilding,high-tech development and other influence factors.Finally it puts forward measures to promote our country's coordinated development in terms of optimizing trade structure,absorbing high-quality foreign investment,encouraging technological innovation,and accelerating platform integration.
