摘  要:大型网上超市是一种新型的网上零售模式,其订单的高拆单率导致的多次零散配送问题所带来的高成本、高扰动、高污染等难题已经成为大型网上超市的多方利益主体(经营者、顾客、环境)的困扰。以减少零散配送次数为目的的订单合并工作已成为大型网上超市生存和发展的关键环节和急迫任务。本文以减少大型网上超市拆分子订单的包裹在分拨中心的合并成本为目标,针对多分拨中心之间通过循环发车对拆分订单子包裹进行横向转载与合并这一作业流程,基于时空网络技术,在建立子订单包裹合并流程中各项成本计算模型的基础上,建立了大型网上超市拆分子订单的包裹合并配送的优化模型。提出采用分段整数编码的遗传算法优化订单合并次序。通过应用算例分析证明了算法的有效性。结果表明,本文提出的优化拆分订单包裹合并次序的方法较传统的先到先服务订单履行策略可提高订单合并的效率,减少库存成本和对客户的扰动,可为大型网上超市拆分订单在分拨中心的合并作业的优化提供理论指导。Large-scale online supermarket is a new model of online retailing.Multiple stakeholders(e.g.,business managers,customers,government)of large online supermarkets have been suffering from high costs,high disturbances and high pollution caused by multiple shipments due to order splitting fulfillment for one order.Thus,split-order consolidation under a multi-warehouse inventory network has become a key issue for the development of online supermarket.Various split-order consolidating strategies will be required for different combinations of the layout of the warehouses,the inventory structures of warehouses and specific items in the orders.Split orders could be consolidated on warehouse,sorting center or delivery station.This paper presents a split-order consolidation approach through transshipping suborders’stock-keeping units(SKUs)among sorting centers.With the goal of reducing the consolidated cost of split-order packages in sorting centers in large online supermarkets,this paper studies the operational process that the split-order parcels flow and the split-order consolidation among multiple sorting centers through transshipment taken by vehicle circulating departure.The time-space network is utilized to model and optimize the split-order consolidation problem of large-scale online supermarket on the base of the calculation of all types of costs.This paper further applies the classification of orders to reduce solution space and proposes the Genetic Algorithm based on multi-fragment to optimize the consolidation sequence of split-order parcels.The results show that the method is more efficient than the traditional first-come-first-served order fulfillment method.The contributions of this study are as follows:(1)Aiming at solving the problem of split-order consolidating fulfillment,with the characteristics of complicated commodity composition in one order and large numbers of split parcels,the strategy of split-order consolidation among multiple sorting centers by transshipment is proposed.This strategy is a supp
