摘  要:针对某实际500 kV并网静止无功补偿器(SVC)故障率高、维护代价高等问题,研究SVC的无功电压支撑能力及相关处置措施。首先,分析SVC对稳态无功平衡和电压调节的作用,特别是对电网小负荷运行期间无功电压调节的影响。然后,通过对比分析SVC与STATCOM、常规发电机组的暂态电压支撑能力,评估SVC对电网暂态电压稳定的影响。最后,综合考虑SVC的稳态电压调节作用和暂态电压支撑能力、电网安全稳定运行的需求等因素,提出该SVC的处置措施建议。This paper focuses on the VAR supporting capability and disposal scheme of an actual 500 kV integrated SVC in order to solve its problems of higher fault rate and difficult maintenance. Firstly, the steady state reactive power balance and voltage regulation of the SVC are analyzed, especially in the scene of valley load. And then, the transient voltage supporting capability of the SVC is estimated by comparing the SVC, STATCOM and conventional generator. At last, considering the steady state voltage regulation and transient voltage supporting capability of the SVC, safe and stability operation requirements of the actual power grid, the disposal scheme of the SVC is proposed.
