摘 要:本文针对某S109FA机组正常运行时,存在氢气压力正常而停机盘车状态下氢气压力下降过快的异常现象。在分析氢气外漏和内漏的基础上,结合盘车状态下主油箱排油烟风机电流增大的情形,检测到隔氢箱排放口和主油箱排油烟风机排放口有氢气浓度,检查浮子油箱也正常,由此可确定密封瓦空侧氢气泄漏。同时进一步通过对比,分析出盘车状态下油氢差压偏低是造成氢气泄漏的主要原因,检修并重新调整油氢差压后,氢气泄漏量恢复正常。在智慧化电厂的建设背景下,针对发电机氢气泄漏提出了建议。When the S109FA unit is in the state of normal operation and the hydrogen pressure is normal,the hydrogen pressure sometimes abnormally drops too fast in the stopped turning state of the unit.Based on the analysis of hydrogen leakage and internal leakage,in combination with the situation that the current of the fuel smoke exhaust fan of the main fuel tank increases in the turning state,hydrogen concentration can be detected at the discharge outlets of the hydrogen-resisting case and the fuel smoke exhaust fan of the main fuel tank.The float fuel tank is normal,so it is clear that there is hydrogen leakage at the empty side of the sealing tile.Further comparative analysis shows that the low differential pressure of fuel and hydrogen in turning state is the main cause of hydrogen leakage.After the maintenance and the readjustment of the differential pressure,the hydrogen leakage returns to normal.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant solutions to hydrogen leakage of the generator for intelligent power plants.
