新媒体融合下高校青年党外知识分子政治引导工作模式的探讨

摘　　要：本文从高校青年党外知识分子的特点、思想政治的现状出发,分析当前新媒体融合下高校党外知识分子统战工作存在"去中心化"日趋严重,影响力受到制约,意识形态领域斗争激烈等问题与挑战,从政治引导的针对性、思想教育的吸引力、政治引导的时效性3个方面,初步提出新媒体融合下党外知识分子政治引导的工作模式。Based on the characteristics and current ideological and political situation of young intellectuals outside the Party in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes such problems in the united front work for them under the background of new media integration as the increasingly serious decentralization,the restraint of the impact of the united front work and the fierce conflict in the ideological filed.In addition,this paper puts forward the working mode of political guidance for intellectuals outside the Party under the background of new media integration in the aspects of the pertinence of political guidance,the attractiveness of ideological education and the effectiveness of political guidance.
