清补汤对支气管扩张稳定期患者咳痰量及血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究清补汤对支气管扩张稳定期患者咳痰量及血清学指标的影响,进而为该疾病的治疗提供参考。方法选择2018年6月-2020年2月就诊的256例支气管扩张稳定期患者,采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,每组128例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清补汤,疗程均为2周。对比两组治疗前、治疗2周后咳痰量及血清学指标[基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-2(MIP-2)]的变化。结果治疗前,两组24 h咳痰量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组24 h咳痰量均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组MMP-9、TIMP-1、MIP-2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组MMP-9、MIP-2均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,两组TIMP-1水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论清补汤用于支气管扩张稳定期患者效果较好,能有效减少患者咳痰量,改善其血清学指标。Objective To explore the effects of Qingbu decoction on expectoration volume and serological indexes in patients with stable bronchiectasis,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of the disease.Methods 256 patients with stable bronchiectasis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 128 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment,and the observation group were treated with Qingbu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The expectoration volume and serological indexes(matrix metalloproteinase-9[MMP-9],tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1[TIMP-1],macrophage inflammatory protein-2[MIP-2])were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference of the amount of expectoration in 24 hours between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the amount of expectoration in 24 hours of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant statistically(P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MMP-9,TIMP-1 and MIP-2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,MMP-9 and MIP-2 in the two groups decreased while comparing with those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of TIMP-1 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,so the difference was significant statistically(P<0.01).Conclusion Qingbu decoction has good effect on patients with stable bronchiectasis,which can effectively reduce the volume of expectoration and improve the serological indexes of the patients.
