摘　　要：目的了解卡介菌纯蛋白衍生物(BCG-PPD)和结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(TB-PPD)在大学新生肺结核筛查结果的差异,为结核病筛查工作提供理论依据。方法对宁夏某大学2018级(2018年9月至2019年6月)在校新生进行BCG-PPD和TB-PPD结核菌素试验,比较试验结果。结果本次试验共纳入学生2933例,男女比例为0.8∶1,BCG-PPD组1500例,TB-PPD组1433例;两组性别比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大学新生BCG-PPD组强阳性率(9.8%)高于TB-PPD组强阳性率(4.7%)(P<0.05)。BCG-PPD组异常反应率(5.80%)高于TB-PPD组(3.00%)(P<0.05)。结论在大学新生结核病筛查中BCG-PPD阳性检出率高于TB-PPD,在实际工作中,可结合具体情况择优选用。Objective To investigate the difference between BCG-PPD and TB-PPD in the screening results of tuberculosis among freshmen,and to provide a theoretical basis for the screening of tuberculosis.Methods BCG-PPD and TB-PPD tuberculin tests were carried out on freshmen from a university in Ningxia from September 2018 to June 2019.Results A total of 2933 students were included in this study,with a male/female ratio of 0.8∶1,including 1500 in BCG-PPD group and 1433 in TB-PPD group.There was no statistically significant difference in sex ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of BCG-PPD group(9.8%)was higher than that of TB-PPD group(4.7%)(P<0.05).The abnormal response rate of BCG-PPD group(5.80%)was higher than TB-PPD group(3.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of BCG-PPD is higher than TB-PPD in the tuberculosis screening of freshmen.In practical work,it can be selected according to specific conditions.
