摘 要:以丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物,制备了符合HG/T4845–2015和JT/T1266–2019标准要求的水性冷涂锌。考察了润湿分散剂(5281)的含量对涂膜附着力的影响,以及增稠剂(h-305)的含量对涂料贮存稳定性的影响。通过中性盐雾试验和自然气候曝露试验,结合扫描电镜和能谱,分析了配方优化后的水性冷涂锌的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:水性冷涂锌中加入0.6 g润湿分散剂可有效提高附着力,采用4.0%聚酰胺蜡加0.4%增稠剂的防沉体系可以达到24h的适用期。该水性冷涂锌的耐中性盐雾时间可达2 000 h。室外曝露试验中,水性冷涂锌的耐候性及防护时间略逊于溶剂型冷涂锌。A water-based cold galvanizing paint that meets the requirements of HG/T 4845–2015 and JT/T 1266–2019 standards was prepared with acrylate emulsion as binder.The effect of the content of thickening agent h-305 on storage stability of the paint and the effect of the content of wetting/dispersing agent 5281 on adhesion of the coating were studied.The anticorrosion performance of the coating prepared with the optimized composition of the paint was analyzed through neutral salt spray test and natural climate exposure test in combination with scanning electron microscopic observation and energy-dispersive spectroscopic analysis.The results showed that the addition of 0.6 g of wetting/dispersing agent 5281 to the water-based cold galvanizing paint could effectively improve the adhesion.The water-based cold galvanizing paint containing 4.0%of polyamide wax and 0.4%of thickening agent h-305(both as anti-settling additives)has a pot life of 24 hours.The water-based cold galvanizing coating could endure 2000 hours in neutral salt spray test.In outdoor exposure test,the weather resistance and protection level of the water-based cold galvanizing coating were slightly lower than that of a solvent-based cold galvanizing coating.
