摘  要:目的:探讨高原训练各周对优秀游泳运动员机能的影响。方法:以国家游泳队8名运动员为研究对象,测取运动量、体重、血乳酸、快速恢复指标。结果:长、短距离的运动量均逐渐递增,随着训练周次增加,两者差距减小;BLA呈波浪变化,高原第2周、第4周显著高于第1周;高原训练中运动员体重起伏较小,不具有显著性差异;运动员机能恢复速度得到提高;除1名运动员外,其余运动员主项成绩均有提高,说明此次高原训练较为成功。Objective:To explore the influence of altitude training on the performance of excellent swimmers.Method:Taking 8 swimmers as the research objects,measured including volume,weight,blood lactic acid,and rapid recovery.Results:The exercise for long and short distances gradually increased,as the weeks increased that gap has decreased.BLA changes in waves,the second and four weeks of the plateau are higher than the first week.During altitude training,athletes'weight fluctuations are small.The recovery speed of athletes has been improved.the seven athletes of competition results has improved,that can prove this plateau training is successful.
