摘 要:该文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等分析了广东省帆板运动队员身体素质训练结构特征,以为帆板教练员提供参考。研究结果表明:广东省帆板运动员身体素质的主要构成要素依次是耐力、力量、速度、协调和柔韧;广东省帆板运动员身体素质训练,耐力主要采用持续跑、越野跑、山地跑、重复跑和间歇跑或混合跑等训练手段,力量主要采用力量训练综合器械练习、力量循环练习、负重蹲起、负重冲刺跑等训练手段,速度主要采用专项力量训练、变速跑、各种短冲练习、上下坡短距离冲刺跑等训练手段。Based on the literature and questionnaire,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the physical training structure of the athletes in Guangdong Province to provide reference for coaches.Results:the main components of the physical fitness of Guangdong windsurfing athletes are endurance,strength,speed,coordination and flexibility;in the process of sailing,Guangdong Province windsurfing athletes physical f itness training,endurance training mainly includes continuous running,cross-country running,mountain running,repeated running,intermittent running or mixed running,strength training mainly includes comprehensive equipment training,strength circulation exercise,weight-bearing squat and sprint running,the speed mainly adopts special strength training,variable speed running,various short sprint exercises,short distance sprint running up and down the slope.
