摘 要:400m跑是田径运动中训练控制难度较高的项目之一,它是速度与耐力紧密结合的运动项目。对于400m跑的训练,只有充分了解400m跑项目规律,才能在实际训练中获得“事倍功半”的效果。该文在分析女子400m运动员专项成绩与速度耐力关系的基础上,提出了女子400m跑速度耐力的训练方法,包括速度耐力训练方法和以“乳酸值”为依据的训练方法,旨在为从事训练工作的教练员提供理论参考。400m running is one of the most difficult events in track and field,which is closely combined with speed and endurance.For 400 meter training,only on the basis of fully understanding the rules of 400 meter events,can we get"half the result with twice the effort"in actual training.Based on the research and analysis of the relationship between special performance and speed endurance of women 400m runners,this paper puts forward the training methods of speed endurance of women 400m runners,including speed endurance training methods and training methods based on"lactic acid value",in order to provide theoretical reference for trainers engaged in training work.
