摘　　要：该文采用文献分析法,对户外急救课程的教学内容及方法开展比较全面的研究分析。为了更好地应对户外运动过程中可能遇到的伤害,帮助大学生学习一定的急救知识和技能,使其在紧急时刻可以自救或互救,同时还能将学到的急救知识和技能传授给亲人和朋友,高校开设户外急救课程是非常有必要的。该文主要探讨了大学生急救技能教学的内容及方法。In the paper,teaching contents and methods of outdoor first-acid course were studied and analyzed using literature analysis.In order to better deal with the possible injuries in the process of outdoor sports and help college students learn emergency knowledge and skills,enable them to master self-rescue and mutual-rescue during an emergency situation,they can also communicate emergency knowledge and skills to their relatives and friends.It is necessary for college to open outdoor first-acid course.This paper mainly discussed the contents and methods of first-aid skills teaching for college students.
