摘　　要：在社会经济文化不断发展、研究生招生规模持续扩大的常态下,体育教育训练学硕士研究生培养模式应当顺应时代做出改变,通过解读新时期体育教育训练学硕士研究生应用能力培养的基本要求,试图通过构建“校园学术交互云平台”、拓宽教育实习路径、以赛代练的激励化培养等方式,构建出一条集科研、训练、教学、竞赛、应用为一体的复合型研究生培养道路,为研究生就业质量的稳定和一线教学实力的增强增色添彩。Under the normal situation of the continuous development of social economy and culture and the continuous expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the training mode of master of physical education and training should comply with the changes of the times.Through the interpretation of the basic requirements for the cultivation of the application ability of the master of physical education and training in the new period,this paper attempts to build the"campus academic interaction cloud platform"and broaden the education practice path to build a compound postgraduate training path integrating scientific research,training,teaching,competition and application by means of incentive training of competition instead of practice,which will add beauty to the stability of graduate employment quality and the enhancement of front-line teaching strength.
