艺术类高职院校学生体育素养培育路径探析

摘　　要：体育素养是指一个人的体育文化水平及平时养成的在体育方面的修养。体育素养包括体育意识、体育知识和体育技能3个方面。它是指通过体育教育来使受教育者在身体发展水平、心理发展水平、体育文化素质、终身体育能力等方面全面发展的水平和能力。体育素质的内涵目标是相互联系与相互促进的,各项目标都统一于学校体育的实践之中,该文对艺术类高职院校学生体育素养进行分析,探索提升艺术类高职院校学生体育素养的路径,具有重要的现实意义。Sports accomplishment refers to a person's sports culture level as well as usually nurtures in the sports aspect accomplishment.Sports literacy includes sports consciousness,sports knowledge and sports skills.It refers to the comprehensive development level and ability of the educated in physical development level,psychological development level,physical culture quality,life-long physical ability and so on.The connotative goals of sports quality are interrelated and promote each other,and all the goals are unified in the practice of school sports,it is of great practical significance to explore the way to improve the sports literacy of art vocational college students.
