浙江省小球项目退役运动员就业现状与对策研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查等方法,对浙江省小球退役运动员就业、创业现状进行调查。调研结果表明,小球运动员退役后的技能培训或继续教育有所欠缺,社会经验不足、文化知识或文凭不高、人际交往能力弱已成为制约小球退役运动员就业创业的主要因素。对浙江省就业创业的政策较为满意,就业形势良好,在创业方面表现出极强的自信,小球运动独特的项目文化和项目普及,以及很大的市场份额是小球运动员退役后创业的最大优势。主要对策:加强运动员转型期间的技能培训或继续教育;加强与浙江省各高等院校的合作,努力提高运动员文化知识水平,提升运动员的学历,提高运动员的人际交往、社会经验等综合能力;加强小球运动品牌的宣传,建立浙江省优秀退役运动员退役创业协会,设立浙江省优秀运动员创业基金,为优秀运动员创业搭建平台,创设环境。By using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the employment and entrepreneurship of retired small ball players in Zhejiang Province.The results show that the skills training or continuing education of retired small ball players are lack,lack of social experience,low cultural knowledge or diploma,weak interpersonal skills have become the main factors restricting the employment and entrepreneurship of retired small ball players.They are satisfied with the policy of employment and entrepreneurship in Zhejiang Province,the employment situation is good,and they show a strong confidence in entrepreneurship.The unique project culture and popularity of small ball games,with a large market share,are the biggest advantages of retired small ball players.The main countermeasures are as follows:to strengthen the skills training or continuing education of athletes during the transformation period;to strengthen the cooperation with colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,strive to improve the level of athletes'cultural knowledge,enhance their educational background,and improve their comprehensive ability of interpersonal communication and social experience;to strengthen the publicity of small ball sports brand,and to establish Zhejiang Province outstanding retired athletes'retired entrepreneurial association.The establishment of Zhejiang Province outstanding athletes venture fund,for outstanding athletes to build a platform for entrepreneurship,create an environment.
