摘 要:针对现有模拟训练系统成绩评定指标不完善、计算机评定困难的问题,提出了基于改进层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的模拟训练成绩评定模型。从远火武器装备的操作实际着手,构建了以准确度、熟练度、影响度以及精神面貌为评定指标的模拟训练成绩评定体系,采用改进层次分析法的方法,引入类间系数和类内系数优化专家配比,建立了模拟系统训练成绩评定的数学模型。通过模拟训练系统进行实例对比分析,验证了模型的有效性,得到了受训人员的最终成绩。结果表明,该方法能够量化评定指标实现对最终成绩的分解,对提高装备模拟系统成绩评定效率具有一定的借鉴价值。Aiming at the problems of imperfect performance evaluation indexes and difficulties in computer evaluation of existing simulation training system,a simulation training performance evaluation model based on improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is proposed.Starting from the actual operation of long-range rocket weapons and equipment,a simulation training performance evaluation system is constructed,which takes accuracy,proficiency,influence and mental outlook as evaluation indexes.By adopting the improved analytic hierarchy process,the inter-class coefficient and intra-class coefficient are introduced to optimize the ratio of experts,and the mathematical model of simulation system training performance evaluation is established.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the comparative analysis of the simulation training system,and the final results of the trainees are obtained.The results show that this method can quantify the evaluation index and decompose the final score,which has certain reference value for improving the efficiency of performance evaluation of equipment simulation system.
