润燥解毒液漱口缓解干燥综合征口干的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察润燥解毒液漱口缓解原发性干燥综合征口干的临床疗效。方法以2020年1—12月在该科接受治疗的57例原发性干燥综合征口干患者为研究对象,将其分为治疗组29例和对照组28例。治疗组采用口服硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,每天2次,每次0.2 g口服,疗程2周,配合中药漱口液含漱,每天3次,每次10 mL,含漱2 min后吞服;对照组采用与治疗组同样的西药治疗,配合生理盐水含漱,每天3次,每次含漱2 min。对两组患者治疗前后唾液流率、口干症状[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、生活质量量表(SF-36)分别进行比较。结果治疗后,对照组与治疗组治疗的总有效率分别为75.00%和96.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医症候疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者唾液流率、VAS评分、SF-36分值较同组治疗前明显改善,且治疗组改善更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润燥解毒液漱口缓解原发性干燥综合征口干具有较好的临床效果,能够显著改善唾液流率、口干症状和生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Jiedu liquid on xerostomia of primary Sj gren′s syndrome.Methods A total of 57 patients in our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the treatment group(n=29).The treatment group were treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets 0.2 g,bid for 2 weeks,and with Chinese medicine gargle,tid,10 mL each time,swallowed after gargle for 2 min;the control group was treated with same medicine,gargle with normal saline,tid,for 2 min each time.The salivary flow rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and quality of life scale(SF-36)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficiency rates of the control group and the treatment group were 75.00%and 96.55%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome was obviously relieved in the treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment indexes,the salivary flow rate,VAS score and SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement were more significant in the treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Runzao Jiedu liquid gargling has significant therapeutic effect on relieving xerostomia of primary Sj gren′s syndrome,and can significantly improve salivary flow rate,symptoms of xerostomia and quality of life.
