摘　　要：目的:探讨右美托咪定(Dex)对行胃癌根除术老年患者免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选择2019年2月-2021年2月于本院治疗的86例胃癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为生理盐水组(E组)及Dex组,各43例。Dex组给予Dex静脉输注,E组给予等量0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉输注。比较两组免疫功能、炎性因子水平、镇痛及镇静效果。结果:Dex组术后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于E组,IL-10、CRP和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、低于E组,Ramsay评分高于E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年患者胃癌根除术患者中采用Dex麻醉能够取得良好的镇痛及镇静效果,有利于降低炎性因子水平,改善免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Dexmedetomidine(Dex)on immune function and inflammatory factor levels in elderly patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery.Method:A total of 86 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the normal saline group(group E)and the Dex group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The Dex group was given Dex intravenous infusion,and the group E was given the same amount of 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection intravenously.The immune function,the level of inflammatory factors and the effects of analgesia and sedation were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the Dex group were higher than those in the group E,the IL-10,CRP and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than those in the group E,and the Ramsay score was higher than that in the group E,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dex anesthesia can achieve good analgesia and sedation in elderly patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery,which is beneficial to reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve immune function.
