宫腔镜下输卵管通液在宫腔粘连导致输卵管不通不孕患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫腔镜下输卵管通液在宫腔粘连导致输卵管不通不孕患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年7月河源市德康医院妇产科收治的宫腔粘连导致输卵管不通不孕患者58例,根据入院时间将其分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=29)。两组均行宫腔粘连分离术治疗,对照组在此基础上行常规输卵管通液治疗,观察组在此基础上采用宫腔镜下输卵管通液治疗。比较两组输卵管通畅率、并发症发生率、1年内妊娠率。结果:观察组输卵管总通畅率为89.66%,高于对照组的65.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组妊娠率为65.52%,高于对照组的37.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下输卵管通液可有效促进宫腔粘连导致输卵管不通不孕患者输卵管通畅,提高患者妊娠率,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopic hydrotubation in the treatment of infertility patients with tubal obstruction caused by intrauterine adhesion.Method:A total of 58 infertility patients with tubal failure obstruction caused by intrauterine adhesion admitted in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of Dekang Hospital of Heyuan from October 2018 to July 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)according to the admission time.Both groups were treated with intrauterine adhesion separation.On this basis,the control group was treated with conventional hydrotubation.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic hydrotubation.The tubal patency rate,the incidence of complications and the pregnancy rate within 1 year were compared between the two groups.Result:The total tubal patency rate of the observation group was 89.66%,which was higher than 65.52%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 65.52%,which was higher than 37.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic hydrotubation can effectively promote the tubal patency of infertility patients with tubal obstruction caused by intrauterine adhesion,improve the pregnancy rate,and has high safety.
