摘　　要：目的:探究耳穴贴压配合穴位艾灸预防乳腺癌化疗患者迟发性呕吐的临床效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年10月笔者所在医院收治的66例乳腺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各33例。对照组采用穴位艾灸治疗,观察组采用耳穴贴压联合穴位艾灸治疗。比较两组化疗1、7、14 d预防效果。比较两组化疗1、14 d时中文版化疗致恶心呕吐及干呕评价量表(R-INVR)评分。结果:观察组组内不同时间预防有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组组内不同时间预防有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗1、7、14 d,观察组预防有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗1、14 d,观察组各项R-INVR评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压配合穴位艾灸预防乳腺癌化疗患者迟发性呕吐的效果确切,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint moxibustion on preventing delayed vomiting in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 66 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with auricular point sticking combined with acupoint moxibustion.The prophylactic effect were compared between the two groups at 1,7 and 14 d after chemotherapy.The Chinese version of chemotherapy-induced nausea,vomiting and retching evaluation scale(R-INVR)score were compared between the two groups at 1 and 14 d after chemotherapy.Result:There were statistical significance in the effective rate of prevention at different time in the observation group(P<0.05).There were significant difference in the effective rate of prevention at different time in the control group(P<0.05).The preventive effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1,7 and 14 d after chemotherapy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 14 days after chemotherapy,the R-INVR scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint moxibustion on preventing delayed vomiting in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy is accurate,and it is worth promoting and applying in clinic.
