摘 要:为评价新引路易斯安那鸢尾新品种的生态适应性,对Noble Moment、Colorific、Sinfonietta、Sea knight、Pastiche、Forsted Moonbeam 6种鸢尾新品种的耐寒性进行研究.经对鸢尾种植地冬季温度变化情况分析以及6种鸢尾冬季枯叶情况观察、叶片质膜透性检测、叶片含水量检测、叶片可溶性蛋白含量检测与分析,结果表明:6个品种的鸢尾在河南郑州地区种植均能在冬季夜晚最低温-7℃的条件下安全越冬,但不同品种耐寒性的强弱不同,耐寒性的强弱综合表现为:Sinfonietta>Noble Moment>Colorific>Sea knight>Pastiche>Forsted Moonbeam.建议在本地推广对耐寒性表现好的Sinfonietta、Noble Moment、Colorific、Sea knight、Pastiche品种.In order to evaluate the ecological adaptability of new varieties of Louisiana Iris,the cold tolerance of six new varieties of Noble Moment,Colorific,Sinfonietta,Sea knight,Pastiche and Forsted Moonbeam were studied.The temperature changes in the iris planting area in winter and the observation of the dead leaves in winter,the leaf plasma membrane permeability test,the leaf water content test,and the leaf soluble protein content test and analysis of six iris varieties were analyzed.The results show that:the six varieties of iris planted in Zhengzhou,Henan Province can overwinter safely at the lowest temperature of-7℃in winter nights,but different varieties have different cold resistance.The comprehensive performance of cold resistance is as follows:Sinfonietta>Noble Moment>Colorific>Sea knight>Pastiche>Forsted Moonbeam.It is recommended that Sinfonietta,Noble Moment,Colorific,Sea knight,and Pastiche,with good cold tolerance,can be promoted locally.
