摘　　要：王蒙短篇小说《组织部来了个年轻人》发表后,有关它的评论从未间断,透过时间维度的理性积淀,小说显现出特有的现实性和当代意义,可以对文本进行更为丰富的解读。从“成长小说”的角度来研读《组织部来了个年轻人》,可谓解读这部作品提供了一个新的视角,可观“不忘初心,牢记使命”主题教育的重要价值。After Wang Meng’s short story"A Young Man Comes to the Organization Department"was published,comments about it have never stopped.Through the rational accumulation of the time dimension,the novel shows its unique reality and contemporary meaning,and can enrich the text.From the perspective of growth novels"to study"A Young Man Comes to the Organization Department",it can be said that the interpretation of this work provides a new perspective,which is worthy of the important value of the theme education of"not forgetting the original heart,keeping in mind the mission".
