文旅融合——镇村图书馆(室)发展的新路径

摘　　要：在城乡公共文化服务一体化和促进乡村旅游发展的大背景下,旅游镇村具备社区和旅游区的双重属性,在全国镇村中的比重达到一成以上。推进镇村图书馆(室)与旅游融合发展,可解决或有效缓解发展不平衡、资金不充足、需求不稳定等问题。作为基层文化设施,在政策支持和背书下,旅游镇村的图书馆(室)应采取更加开放、灵活的机制,在标准指导、专业聚焦、特色营造、文商结合等方面有所作为,在深度和广度上实施文旅融合,形成统筹兼顾、分类指导的格局,以此提高基层公共文化设施供给和效能。In the context of the integration of urban and rural public cultural services and the promotion of rural tourism development,tourism towns and villages,which account for more than 10%of the whole,have dual attributes of the community and the tourist area.With the integrated development of tourism,town and village libraries can solve or effectively mitigate the problems of unbalanced development,insufficient funds and unstable demand.As a primary cultural facility,with the policy support and endorsement,the libraries of tourist towns and villages should adopt a more open and flexible mechanism,and explore more approaches such as standard guidance,professional focus,characteristic creation,combination of cultural and commercial activities,etc.,to implement a new path of integration of culture and tourism in depth and breadth to form a unified planning and classified guidance to improve the effectiveness of the primary public cultural facilities.
