摘 要:为了改善小口径火炮钝感发射药及装药的内弹道及烟焰性能,开展了底火、底火加传火管两种点传火结构对发射装药性能影响的试验研究。以30mm火炮为试验平台,测试了两种点传火结构的装药内弹道循环时间、初速或然误差、炮口烟雾量和火焰面积等。试验结果表明:相同条件下,对比底部点火结构的发射装药,底火加传火管点火结构的发射装药内弹道循环时间、初速或然误差及炮口压分别减小了43.7%、36.8%、6.3%,同时炮口烟雾量下降了29.9%,炮口火焰面积下降了35.0%。研究表明采用底部点火加传火管的点传火结构,可以改善30mm火炮钝感发射药及装药的点传火性能,影响内弹道以及炮口烟焰性能。In order to improve the interior ballistics performance and reduce the area of muzzle flash and smoke for 30mm calibre gun deterred propellant charge,two ignition schemes including primer and primer with central core ignition tube were studied.The circulating time,the muzzle velocity probable error,the muzzle smoke quantity and the flash areas of two ignition schemes for 30mm calibre gun propellant charge were tested in this paper.Results show that compared with the charge including primer,the circulating time,the muzzle velocity probable error and the muzzle pressure of the charge including primer with central core ignition tube are reduced by 43.7%,36.8%and 6.3%respectively,meanwhile,the smoke quantity is decreased by 29.9%and the muzzle flash areas are decreased by 35.0%.The study indicates that primer with central core ignition tube can improve ignition and interior ballistics performance,also has better effect on eliminating muzzle flash and smoke for 30mm calibre gun deterred propellant charge.
