摘 要:为满足火工品在200℃的高温环境中24h、甚至48h后仍能正常作用,开展了2,2′,2″,4,4′,4″,6,6′,6″-九硝基三联苯(NONA)炸药在爆炸箔起爆单元中的应用研究。通过试验研究了NONA炸药的耐热性能,以及其粒度、装药密度、装药高度对爆炸箔起爆性能的影响。试验结果表明,NONA炸药在400℃左右只发生缓慢的热分解反应,当NONA粒度为5μm,装药密度为90%TMD(1.602g/cm^(3)),装药高度不低于3mm,装药直径为Φ3mm时,爆炸箔起爆单元起爆感度最高。In order to meet the weapon requirements for the pyrotechnic explosive device operate normally after stayed under high temperature of 200℃for 24h or even 48h,the application of 2,2,2″,4,4′,4″,6,6′,6″-nine-nitrotriphenyl(NONA)in the initiation unit of explosive foil was carried out.The heat resistance property of NONA was tested,and the influence laws of particle size,charge density and charge height of NONA on the initiation property of explosive foil were studied.The result show that a thermal decomposition reaction occurs slowly at about 400℃for NONA explosive,and when particle size of NONA is 5μm,the charge density is 90%TMD(1.602g/cm^(3)),the charge height is not less than 3mm and the charge diameter is about 3mm,the initiation unit of explosive foil has the highest initiation sensitivity.
