摘 要:采用喷雾重结晶和机械研磨相结合的方法得到了7-氨基-6-硝基苯并氧化呋咱(ANBDF)高纯超细颗粒,并对其进行表征及性能测试。结果表明:细化后ANBDF的颗粒形貌更为圆滑,粒度分布处于0.25~2.34μm之间,纯度由88.1%提高到97.7%;相比原料ANBDF,超细ANBDF的撞击感度特性落高H50提高5.65cm,冲击片起爆感度值由0.35J下降至0.09J。研究表明ANBDF是一种适合低能爆炸箔起爆(LEEFI)的优良炸药。By the combination of spray-crystal method and mechanical polishing method,the ultrafine ANBDF was prepared.,and the characterization,as well as property tests were carried out.Results show that crystal appearance of ultrafine ANBDF is smoother with particle size from 0.25μm to 2.34μm,and its purity is increased from 88.1%to 97.7%.Compared with the raw ANBDF,the impact sensitivity value H50 of ultrafine ANBDF is increased by 5.65cm,the initiation sensitivity value of short impulse shock waves is decreased from 0.35J to 0.09J.The study indicates this ultrafine ANBDF is an excellent explosive suitable to low-energy exploding foil initiator systems.
