摘  要:针对新研制的CB-3低易损发射药,进行了5s爆发点温度、慢速烤燃、快速烤燃测试研究,并与单基药、太根药、双基药性能进行对比。结果表明:CB-3发射药在热刺激源下发生了低易损性响应,发射药慢速烤燃时的反应温度与其配方的热感度(5s爆发点)表现出了相同的规律,由低到高依次为单基药、太根药、双基药和CB-3发射药;CB-3发射装药快速烤燃结果符合MIL-STD-2105C非核弹危险性评估试验标准中Ⅴ类燃烧。Aimed at a new gun propellant CB-3,the typical experiments including the 5s delay explosion temperature,slow cook-off test,fast cook-off test were carried out,and performances were compared to those of single-based propellant,TEGN propellent and double-based propellant.The results indicate that the vulnerability response of the CB-3 propellant is the most insensitive under thermal stimuli,the response temperature of propellants to heating is consistent with the heat sensitivity(5s explosion temperature)of their formulation in slow cook-off test,the order from low to high is single-based propellant,TEGN propellant,double-based propellant and CB-3 propellant.In fast cook-off test,the CB-3 propellant charge produces combustion response(Ⅴ)according to MIL-STD-2105C"non-nuclear hazard evaluation test".
