摘　　要：随着城市化进程加快,提出了以人为本、和谐共生的人居理念,使得人们对居住环境提出了更高要求,房地产开发应当做好管理工作,落实人居理念,以提高人们生活质量。基于此,本文主要探究人居理念在房地产开发管理中具有赋予建筑精神与物质双重意义、实现建筑与城市空间的协调融合的重要作用,并提出人居理念应用措施,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。With the acceleration of urbanization,the human-oriented,harmonious and co-existing human settlement concept has been put forward,which produced an increasing requirement from people for the living environment.Real estate development should be managed well and implement the human settlement concept,so as to improve the people’s quality of life.Based on this,this article mainly explores the important role of the human settlement concept in real estate development and management,which confers the dual meaning of spirit and material to the buildings,and realizes the coordination and integration of buildings and urban space,and proposes the application measures of the human settlement concept,in order to provide benefits for relevant workers.
