摘  要:随着我国经济的不断进步,建筑行业得到前所未有的发展,其建设数量越来越多。因此,做好建筑工程施工阶段工程造价控制对于整个建筑工程项目是非常重要的,直接关系到建筑单位的经济效益。近几年来,随着建筑工程类别的多样化与复杂化,传统的定额计价模式已经无法很好地适应,由此出现了工程量清单计价模式,这种新型工程造价控制方法以其良好的优势在建筑行业中得到普遍应用,并取得很好的成绩,得到业内人士的一致认同与推广。本文结合工程实践,针对该建筑工程项目工程量清单的组成进行分析,同时将其与传统的定额计价模式进行比较,并详细介绍了该工程施工阶段运用的工程量清单计价模式进行造价控制的方法,希望能为以后类似工程提供借鉴作用。With the continuous progress of China’s economy,the construction industry has achieved unprecedented development,and the number of its construction projects is increasing.Therefore,it is very important for the entire construction project to do a good job in the construction cost control during the project construction,which is directly related to the economic benefits of the construction enterprises.In recent years,with the diversification and complexity of construction engineering categories,the traditional fixed pricing model cannot adapt well this trend.As a result,the bill of quantities pricing model has emerged.This new type of project cost control method has been widely used in the construction industry due to its good advantages,and has achieved good results,and has been unanimously recognized and promoted by the industrial personnel.Based on project practice,this article analyzes the composition of the bill of quantities pricing in the construction project,compares with the traditional fixed pricing model,and introduces the cost control method for the bill of quantities pricing model used in the project construction,aiming to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
